Cancellation Policy

Please read the following policy carefully – buying any of our products online means that you agree to this. All cancellations require an early notification before dispatch. Please note that you will remain liable for full payment of the price of the purchased item should you fail to provide a cancellation notice immediately after the transaction. To cancel your order: Please email us at info@souldecorpaints.co.nz immediately after your purchase quoting your order number. Your refund will then be processed IF your order has not been shipped.

EXCHANGE POLICY/ REFUND POLICY

If you have chosen the wrong paint colour or you would prefer something else. We are happy to exchange your purchase as long as you can return the item with the original packaging, UNOPENED. We will pay for the postage of the replacement item not the return postage.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
