Refund Policy

If you have chosen the wrong paint colour we are happy to exchange your purchase as long as you can return the item with the original packaging, UNOPENED. We will pay for the postage of the replacement item not the return postage.


Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Faulty product

If you receive a faulty product we will firstly try to replace it  if we are not able to offer you a replacement.within 7 business days then you will receive a store credit. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
