When we receive an order we will validate the order and the item is then picked up by one of New Zealand’s trusted courier companies . All orders will receive an order confirmation upon placing the order. Once packaged and sent, you will receive notification via your inbox or mobile phone (which ever you registered) confirming that the parcel is on its way with tracking details of your parcel. You can also track and trace parcels online via the Parcelport.

We intend to dispatch all products within 12-24 hours of us confirming receipt of the order, excluding weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate only and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

We will not otherwise be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time. We will not be held responsible for any products damaged in transit.
